LMO Staffing is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for a Consultant Manager who wants to join us on our continued growth journey.

We are a staffing agency specialized in social workers and social services. Today, we are ranked number 1 in Gothenburg City's framework agreement and number 2 in Stockholm City's framework agreement for social worker staffing. With numerous contracts and assignments across Sweden, we have strong demand from our clients and great opportunities to continue growing. Therefore, we are now looking for a Consultant Manager driven by building relationships, finding the right competence, and staffing assignments.

About the role

As a Consultant Manager, you are a key person in the business. You are responsible for recruiting, matching, and placing social worker consultants on assignments throughout the country. You will work closely with both clients and consultants and play a vital role in ensuring that our assignments are staffed with the right competence. This is a role for you who enjoys making connections, building networks, and working with a clear focus. You are motivated by solving staffing challenges and feel pride when you succeed in finding the right person for the right assignment.

Your responsibilities

• Recruit and attract new social worker consultants
• Match consultants with assignments across Sweden
• Build and develop relationships with consultants and clients
• Present and sell assignments to candidates
• Follow up on ongoing assignments
• Handle contracts and administration
